Yes, I have first read and complied with your requirements for placing orders. I have also read and agree to the "Limit of Liability & Copyright Agreement" terms. I understand that any photo that is placed in my order upside down will be scanned upside down and put on the CD/DVD upside down as well. To help make sure your scanning order is extraordinary and help you prepare your order, click here to see examples of both good and bad packaging.

Quantity of shoeboxes or estimated number of total images. The scanning charge is $49.95 for any quantity up to 1,000 photos.  Any quantity more than 1000 increases the order to the next pricing level. (ex: 1025 photos = $99.90)

PHOTO SOAP - Yes, in addition to my regular scanning order, please also process my order with Photo Enhancement to adjust color and density on all my scanned photographs for an additional $49.95 for up to 1,000 or $99.95 for any quantity over 1,000, whichever applies. The change for this service is in addition to the scanning fee. One box shipped to us is considered one order and cannot be combined with other boxes. Multiple boxes will be charged as individual orders. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

KODAK PICTURE MOVIE DVD - Yes, I would like to order Kodak Picture Movie DVD(s) at $34.95 for the first copy, $14.95 per additional copy. I have isolated up to 60 pictures that will be scanned along with my order and then used to create my movie. Click here for more information.

DUPLICATE PRINTS - Yes, Please provide me with (quantity) duplicate reprint sets 4x6 photographic prints from each photo provided. The charge per photo is 20 ¢. WE RECOMMEND you order a duplicate set of freshly printed Kodak-quality pictures. It is also a smart way to preserve your memories with all identical-sized 4"x 6"-print pictures. SCANNING IN ORDER - Yes, scan all my photos in the order specified for an additional $19.95 per 1000 photos.

ROTATE PICTURES - Yes, I would like to have all my pictures rotated upright for $59.95 per 1000 photos.

RUSH SERVICE - Yes, I would like rush service so my order will be immediately sent into production upon receipt as the next order processed to make sure my order is shipped out the same day it is received. Add $24.95 to my order for each 1,000 pictures submitted.

PHOTO INDEX BOOK - Yes, I would like to order a Photo Index Book. The charge is $95.50. Pages are double sided and bound in a hard cover book with 25 images per page in 8½"x11" size. Image rotation is complimentary with an order of the Photo Index Book. Additional copies of the same book are $69.95 per 1,000 images. (Example 1,700 pictures = $191.00 for the first book, $139.90 for each additional duplicate book) Price only valid for online ordering. Not valid in-store pricing.

Return Shipping Option 1 - I would like you to return my entire order via FedEx International Priority and I agree for ScanMyPhotos.com to charge my credit card accordingly for shipping and handling. While S&H charges will vary, an average cost to return about 1,000 standard photo overseas via FedEx Intl Priority might be about $120 (U.S.)
